I had exactly the same observation! I "moved up" to the 10/325's from the 7.5/500's and it was a complete bust. I went back to the 7.5's and they worked better right away! So don't let anyone tell you that it's a tolerance thing. The 10/325's just don't work for some folks, so don't waste your money. And BTW, I tried adding a couple of regular extra strength Tylenols to the 325's but it just never worked for me.
