I too had issues with them. I ordered on the 1st. I got a non working number on the 2nd. even tho it said shipped on the web site. Technically UPS did not have the package. I sent them a email on the 6th saying, Hey where is my order, I would like it before the weekend gets get. Low and behold Wends night they fianlly picked it up and it was in my hands on thursday 9am! I was pleasently suprised.
