The site name is simply "parked" there.

Could be good (they are working on it).

Could be bad (they are gone and simply still own the domain, like their previous incarnation, rxgooddeals still says when you try to reach it).

This does not happen for rx1stop, interestingly enough, which is still has the usual "site not found" message when you try to access it.

Any fortune tellers out there care to give a guess as to the significance of this "development?"
