If it did really ship, then it probably won't even move until after 7 or 8 pm tonight.

I will refuse this package if not corrected.

And that means that this OP will have to eat the UPS COD charge, whatever that may be.

That's why I'm hoping others will do the same, and after so many customers refuse their packages, and they have to eat the COD charge, I bet they get their act together! And stop screwing desperate people over!
