i used rxgooddeals a few times before it shut down and i always had good experiences. I only called the phone number once, and it was answered by a real person within 2 rings. The reason i called was because i was having problems with the ordering process. I would get most of the way through and then the browser would throw me database errors. The guy at rxgooddeals said there were no problems and that he had just received orders from other people. he probably thought the problem was something on my end, but here's the deal:

I'm on a flat screen imac and i had the same problem in all browsers, so i think it's a mac compatibility issue. Since we are a minority, it would be easy for them to assume that all of our complaints were cases of user error. There are indeed some differences in the way things are handled across platforms and sometimes there are compatibility issues like this. They can be remedied, but somehow I doubt that we are a big enough number of people for them to ever invest in a programmer to hunt down and fix the issue. I switched to a PC and everything went perfectly. So, if you're on a Mac and having problems with the site, just switch to a PC to place your order (if you have access to a PC.)

a couple times my prescriptions had a really funky, chemically smell that freaked me out a little and their potency seemed sub-standard. No harm done to me, but the pills were obviously a bit ripe. I don't think this is any fault of the OP. I think this can probably be attributed to the intense heat that sometimes occurs in those UPS trucks. I wish they used Fed Ex because I've never had these issues with Fed Ex and they are much more reliable. I have had quite a few problems with UPS but none with Fed Ex.

I just placed my first order with RxBetterDeals. I placed my order before 12pm their time, so I had my tracking info (just the billing acknowledge) within an hour. Within Six hours it had updated into actual UPS tracking data. In addition, the price seems to have come down by $50.00. Whereas my total for #60 Norco 10/325 Overnight Priority was 245 in the past, it was only 195 through rxbetterdeals this time.

I'm glad they are there and i'm glad they are so reliable and competetive with their pricing. Will update if there is any problem - otherwise you can assume all went well as in the past.
