I have been using them for several months, and they had been great! However, I placed an order on the 19th for my husband, and it never did anything. I called about 10 times between the 20th and the 28th, and each time I got different answers (excuses). I was told that they had pharmacy problems, then that the pharmacy was out of stock (Soma), etc. etc. Each and every time I was told it would for sure ship out the very next day! I was told everything was approved and ready to go as soon as the pharmacy was able, but they said I could cancel my order? HUH? I told them that I thought once the DR. approved order, it could not be cancelled, the reply was that it had not been reviewed by a DR. Anyway, on the 28th I was told that I could cancel the order or wait - that everything should be shipped out in about 2 weeks! The funny thing is that I keep getting daily refill emails from them (for myself, not my husband), and nowhere does it indicate a 2 week issue. They have honestly been a top choice of ours - very fast, always next day and easy tracking of order, up until this last order. I am sure that they are caught up in the same "stuff" that so many others are in right now. I did cancell my order and went with RXGOODDEALS. They were WAY more pricy, but I did get his meds yesterday! Good luck - let me know if you order and get meds as I would love to save money and go back to them!
