Point being the PDR is going to tell you that any med should stored in a "cool, dry" place as heat, over time does affect the potency of any med. Generally 56 - 86 is the recommended storage for any med. I'll all for research, but the likelihood that the probably short duration of heat that these meds received caused some kind of chemical reaction that changed them into something else more dangerous or whatever is slim to none. Especially with antibiotics, the worst that would have happened is that they may have lost a small amount of their potency. Just donĂt want to cause anyone any more money or unnecessary paranoia. |
