Yes, I have. Dr. Long is an actual practicing physician and requires stricter records (will not prescribe until certain blood tests are performed & results faxed) & you MUST have a local physician complete, sign, & snail-mail a very detailed form to Dr. Long on top of the records. I had to send about 20 pages, I kid you not. You may want to do a search for my username (February 2004) to find a detailed post on my experience. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me. I do know of several people who were denied prescriptions by Dr. Long, he's definitely NOT a typical OP doctor.
