I also worked for them for 12 years in Chicago and after being behind the scenes there, I'll take Fedex any day. UPS is the reason I have chronic pain. Anyone who has worked there knows what I mean.

Also, UPS is a union job, Fedex isn't. So at Fedex, it may be easier to lose your job if you don't get it right.
