Don't expect all OP's to have C/S like NWW. SWMG is a great place as I have used them in the past. CMC is a great pharmacy.

You really should call before blasting them. I think they are very upstanding and just because an OP doesn't have a cs rep on this board doesn't mean they aren't a great outfit. My guess is that they had a very good reason to hold your refill and if they didn't, they made a mistake.

Look at the NWW thread. They have a live CS on this board and they are still making mistakes though they are making good on them
