I'm sorry you feel that way about SWMG. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them. Perhaps instead of emailing them, you could call and speak with one of the CS reps. They are always so kind and very helpful. Maybe this was just an oversight....no OP can be perfect 100% of the time...as hard as they try. Please don't give up on them so quickly....I'm sure it was just an oversight.
