I have seen those tablets from a local pharmacy when I had a minor injury (doc *always* gives Tylenol #3's for any injuries - nothing stronger, nothing weaker - it's like his Pepsi of painkillers) - I got generic before and they were the ones you described. The are generic Tyl#3's, so don't worry.....
