Hi - I just wanted to add that an acquaintance of mine recently (post - Dr. D departure) tried to obtain her 2nd & last refill from ephy. She received an email asking her to call the ephy doctor to provide some more info...he said he needed her birthdate and the name & phone # of the pharmacy(ies) in her town before he would release her refill. She said she'd get back to him & asked me for advice. Just thought I'd let you all know...I'm overdue for my last refill & I'll take the loss if that info is required for the refill.
