You mean JRoth's excellent Comprehensive US OP List (CLICK HERE FOR LINK). It shows in a spreadsheet format the OP's and their doctors and pharmacies etc, so you can easily check out who is working with who.
Unfortunately it hasn't been updated since July of this year. Things are changing too fast, I think, for an accurate update to be possible.
