I agree with what I've read so far. I always have the package addressed to my local hub as I'm never home to receive it anyway. The one time it was sitting at the hub on a Saturday, I told them it was medication and that made all the difference. I say that because my first call was met with the "Sorry sir, but it's containerized" routine. After thinking about it, and remembering what I've read here, I called them again with the meds angle. I had them in hand about an hour and a half later. So don't go for that "containerized" story in which they make it sound as if they stand the plane on its nose and simply pour the stuff in. If they were really that disorganized, they'd never be able to deliver anything on time.
