Yeah, after paying full price for Effexor and Depakote, I kind of feel that way. they are throwing me a bone. But...that bone helped me out a lot! Those meds are so freakin' expensive (even at Costco)! And, when you're jobless, you have very very limited income. My state does not have an adult Medicaid program unless you are disabled or on Medicare. My kids were on Medicaid for a few months, and it saved our butts. BUT, my meds were still a hardship on us. I had to cut down my doseage because of it to be honest. I'm glad the companies have those programs in place for those who need it. The only part that sucks is that it takes so long. But, it does work, I can attest to that!
