I wasnt refering to the plan being bogus, just the idea that the pharmacutical company are thowing us a bone. This is an excellent way to aooid the issue of price limits, and legalization of imported meds(just like we do with every other consumer good(s), ie cars, boats, clothing, food, eletronics, or anything else that comes out of Hong Kong, China, Korea, Thailand.
