MedsNationWide Service Issues/Problems?

This is my first post but I am long time lurker--

I'm using MedsNationwide for my online pharmacy. I booked my consult with them 9/10 and went through a heck of a time to finally get my prescription on 9/16 from a pharmacy in Houston, TX.

A person Joe from customer service at their parent or pharmacy group - "Pharmaceutical Partners" finally straightened out the problem which I was told was the fact that the script did NOT have the doc's actual signature on it, the pharmacy in TX could not fill it until they got a "real" physician signature on the RX. That took 6 days to do! Joe was very helpful during those 6 days - but still... it was not a good situation!

Anyway -- I went to submit for my refill on 10/8 as it said it was available and I figured that it would go through this time without all the big problems again.

Low and behold... problems again! I called the pharmacy -- they had NO record of my refill -- I called MNW and got a machine 4 times... left messages, and got NO response to any emails or contacts I left on their site either!

Has anyone else encountered problems with MNW? Should I have chosen a different OP? Any advice on what to do?

I used MWW a long time ago and when I reinjured my back... went looking around and was told the MNW is the new MWW. I NEVER had a problem one time with MWW... so I don't know what is up with MNW.

Any help is appreciated. Has MNW switched pharmacies or changed servers or something? Does anyone know anything about anyone I can contact -- like even this Joe guy again at "Pharmaceutical Partners"? Any contact information or help is greatly appreciated beyond what is on their website.
