I just got back from the doc's office and did request them again, they said I had to fill out the form and send it in, I told them I did that back in July and even showed them my copy and the date I mailed it. The address sent to was correct etc. etc. They tried messing with me again, I told them I need the records NOW! Well they sent the office mgr out and she said I have to wait, I said I am reporting them to the State Board because I have been waiting since July. I was not rude or nasty with them because I don't want any trouble and she said they will copy them and call me to pick them up that they could not do it right then & there. I said how long? She said tomorrow morning. I said I am calling YOU directly in the a.m. and I will be in to get them, just tell me how much I owe and I will write and check or pay cash, I just want the stupid records! I will see what tomorrow brings....I am NOT holding my breath....
