Newbie needs some help w/ AAAmedsworldwide please!

Hello all!
I did a lot of research on this board and finally decided last night to order from AAAmedsworldwide because they had a lot of excellent feedback. Also I am merely looking for propoxy which doesn't seem to be very easy to find!

Well, i filled out all of the online form requesting the doc consult last night, was given an order number. Today I thought maybe i would recieve an email or something but never did. Finally i went back to the site and read that after you fill out the request you call in for the consult. At least that is what I understood.

So i called customer service and waited and waited and finally hung up. Then i just called the doctor consult number direct and spoke w/ a woman i had a hard time understanding. Finally she put the doctor on and he said he would have to transfer me to customer service and they would transfer me back to him. Again waited and waited on hold, finally a ringing sound, and click, got cut off! So again i call customer service back and wait about 20 minutes.

Finally the person i spoke to was able to see all of the information i put through on the consult form, but said I didn't click all the way through the website and I would have to redo the entire order and then call back. Woohooo! just what i wanted to hear. She deleted all of the original info. So i go back to the site and once again order the consult and put in all info, and once again recieve yet another customer number AND made sure to click all the way through the website, which i really believe I had done before. So i call customer service back again and this time wait almost an hour.

Finally speak with someone and guess what, same problem, which i still do not understand. She put me on hold again, then came on and we went over the whole online form again and she typed everything in. Put me on hold again, came back on and says for some reason it isn't working and the website just went down. They had this problem with one other person today but had sucessfully been able to schedule everyone else's consult. She said they would have to wait until the website came back up and then try to fix this for me as it is going to have to be redone again. I told her i've spent almost 2 hours on hold already today. She was very nice and told me she would call me back today. I also got her name.

In the middle of all this I pm'd the man, barry, that you all speak of. I did hear back from him but he said he couldn't find that number in their system (which at that point would have been the first number that they already deleted)

I have no idea what is going on or what I am supposed to do. I am getting nervous and just want to get this over with. I thought it was going to be very easy from reading all of the posts about this site and now i am so confused I have NO IDEA whatsoever what is going on. Can anyone help me at all???? Now i think since they are on Eastern Time they are probably already closed for the day even??
