yes 1stmeds always comes through, the are a legit site, you will get your meds, the doctor shouldnt really be telling everyone to expect meds the next day, you should go by the FAQs on 1stmeds, the doctor also works for aaamww and meds123, from what i have heard 1stmeds will be using a new doctor and pharmacy soon, how soon i dont know, but im sure it will be a good thing, as having one doc working for 3 sites is never always best, all i know is that 1stmeds has always done me good and i have always got my refills:)
