Ok, I am kinda freaking out! Has this ever happened to anyone? I placed an order thru Medpharmrx on Sept. 1st. Today, I got an e-mail from them telling me my order has shipped. I haven't ordered from them since then! But when I go to the tracking number, it is actually my old order.

What are they doing? Has this happened to anyone else?
