Hey
I havae read this a million times so I am sure this is the right thing to do. Go to the ups site and then go to the track by reference section. type in the first letter of your last name in caps and then your zip code with no space in between. It is either the first letter or your whole last name, then fill out the rest of it and it should give you a tracking number and the info. Hope this helps.
