I have a refill due, actually past due. I had totally forgotten to fax my med records until I received an email from them that my refill was due but they hadn't received my records. I faxed my records to them early (9:30 am) on 9-29. and I faxed what the dr said he wanted to see. As of now...10-01-03, my status still says "refill available" but that's all I can find out. Also it says "thanks for calling..9-30-03". I didn't call, I pm'd Barry who said the dr was still reviewing my records and once he accepted or declined them it would go thru normal process. My question is: How long does the dr normally take to review the records? Also, if anyone would pm me with what kind and how many pages of records they sent I would greatly appreciate it. Granted I sent the minimum since the price per page to fax them was "highway robbery". Although I thought I sent enough to show what the dr wanted. Now I'm beginning to wonder since I haven't heard anything. Thanks in advance for any information.
