I accidentally scheduled a consult with them in August. (I wanted to do a consult with aaamedsworldwide!) They were very fast in replying and refunding my money minus the $25 "administrative fee", of course.

I don't have any actual experience, per say, with this OP but they were very efficent in responding to my emails and refunding my money.
