What is the best way to order an ephy refill (90 10/325s)? Does it go through easily? I had some slight problems with first order but Tom was quick to help. I had received my first order on 9/11 and wondering what their refill policy is? Does anyone know what ephy's refill policy is from date that you first received? Thanks in advance.
