I agree with you that united it a top notch pharmacy, but the "courtest calls" aren't done to "assist" customers, they're done to make sales, not that there is anything wrong with that, IMO .

The problem occurs when they are less that descrete. They should NEVER leave a message other than a first name and phone number, unless they KNOW it's OK to do so.
