Hey everyone. I ran into a little bump in the road this evening. I did my consult with YOD on about July 31st. This was during their promotion where you get your first meds and 3 refills also. Well The first meds came on about Aug 1st, and the 2nd bottle came on about Aug 27. The bottle on the 27th of Aug said I could call on Sept 24th for my refill and it said I had 2 refills left which was correct. Well I acutally called yesterday on Sept 25th and recieved them today. The part that is not correct is that my bottles today have 0 zero refills printed on it. It also says call doctor no refills. I know for a fact that I have 1 refill left and it will be available around the end of Oct. I dont know if there was a computer prob at Woodys Pharmacy or what but I was wondering if anyone else had a similar problem like this and also if any of you had any suggestions on how I could get this resolved. Now let me tell you this, I have had the most outstanding service from Kathy and Libby at YOD and also from Woodys Pharmacy. I emailed Kathy and told her of the situation and I have no doubts she will help me get this straightened out. But if you have any info I would definatley appreciate it. Thanks, malibu76 |
