I don't think they'd refer to it as "Norco" unless you are ordering brand name meds- then it *is* Norco. If you're ordering generic Norco, then it *is* hydrocodone. Though, I refer to my hydrocodone as "Vicodin" really, it's not- it's generic Vicodin which is hydrocodone/apap. Anywho, I don't know what your order is for, but that's one possible explanation. As for them calling to tell you your refill is due- I think that's perhaps a sign that they're trying to get more business- businesses don't have time to call to get you to refill if they're not hurting for clients and a Pharmacy like Walgreens/Kaiser/Hi-School Pharmacy, et al... would NEVER call you to tell you that your refill is ready if you wanna go ahead and order that now, LOL! Sounds more like telemarketing- ewwwwww!! Just my opinion- take it with a grain of salt
