Well I would find out if the number is Untied Prescription services first, then I would make sure that I am all paid up, refills done or not waiting..then I would call. They are a great service...There is NO reason for them to be calling you so my take is if the number is there's there could be a billing problem...Did you ever go through there OP service...or just use there pharmacy?....maybe if you used there OP they want to sell you a new one....I would not worry to much they have been around a very long time and I don't think they would start busting people on the phone...good luck to you....Boo
