Bless your heart, you are having the worst luck with this. My tracking # finally worked late last nite, and I got my meds this morning. So, so sorry for what you are going thru. I did email them and just explained about my trac.#, and asked politely if they would please check on it for me. But I doubt that the email had anything to do with it.
