If it was my questions that offended, it was not my intention to be insensitive. I definitely feel the oldest orders should be processed first. Sorry if my "questions" were perceived as bitching or complaining. I was simply curious about others experiences or current situation. I thought that was the point of the thread, so if I offended ~ sorry. I'm new here and was not aware of the problems from last week.
