Not only do I AGREE! I also wanted to ADD that you CAN always go to a SITE and read what the requirement's are. Im pretty darn sure you can figure out if records are needed or not, by reading their FAQ section, or some place on the web sites. CORRECT???
Please try to PM someone if you can NOT figure it out by reading the web sites. Thats all we are asking!!!!
