I placed a refill order with them 6 days ago and for the past 5 days I have a "shipped" tracking number. I requested overnight and still have not received anything. I too got the email about their need to comply which is fine. But it also stated as I'm sure you're all aware that refills would not be given as of 9/2/03, but that existing refills would be honered. I am TRULY confused and as all of us I don't have $90 to just "toss" away. I have been calling constantly and can not get through on either the toll free or the 305 number. Does anyone know if I'll ever receive my ordered, paid for, pending refill? By the way I find it funny that they sent the complaince email so many days after 9/2/03.
