This makes me think of credit card receipts. The yellow copy is the superbill. So , are all superbills the same??? Is there a specific form??? Cause if you just needed a yellow copy of a medical bill, you could make it up and tear out the yellow copy and use it. ( saying you had the 3 part paper ) not suggesting in anyway to do this at all!!! Just wondering if its to keep people from printing their own records?
