I live in KY too. Anyone else out there know how KASPER in KY works? Is it something the doctors/pharmacists report or is it your name that is put on the list as getting a narcotic? Is everything reported such as Ambien or Xanax too? Or just narc's? I've heard about the KASPER program but do not know much about it. I wonder what other states have similiar systems?
