all I can say is this has been a learning experience for me. If it was upnorth, I never ordered from them, but did correspond so they would have my isp. This would explain why he had my old mailing address. as far as the lake road number, that one still has me stumped..... thanks for all the input and suport folks.... don't know what I'd do without you........
