You hit on a lively one prettyday. I have often been confused about discretion etiquette on DB. This is a forum which inherently exists due to the "sensitive" subject nature. What one should or should not talk about can get tricky.

Even if we devised guidelines about pming, someone could always enter and disturb the system, gather info about whatever pharm., and create a problem if they really wanted to.

You've said what many of us have been thinking. I don't know. There might be a way to "tightin security". Keep on brainstorming prettyday, and thanks for bringing this up.
