Plus when I took my computer in to get repaired, the guys went through all of my files and basically played with my computer for two days. When I would call them to pick it up, they kept saying were doing windows updates, for 2 days? Yeah right. I didn't think that they would go through all of my personal files, play all of my games, etc.... and charge me an extra $100 than they had quoted me. What a deal.
