Its averaged...I just checked & I had rated you 4 awhile back...I know for sure there are people that rate me low, but only because I have (in their opinion) the gall (was trying to think of a polite word lol) to disagree with them or nicely suggest a more appropriate forum for their post so the mod didn't have to delete it.
