I have actually just recently spoken to the mods about this topic...I told the mod I would like to be able to answer a question (even if its in the wrong forum) if I have the info, like Toky, but not be chastised for posting in the wrong forum.

The mod's reply to me was:

You can press the notify moderator button, I move it to the proper place, and you answer the question...

You can also answer the question and then you press the button and I move it...

Or you just answer by PM...
