In my virus software I discovered a Shredding function. I have always heard that people have had thier computers confiscated and had information that they thought was deleted un-deleted and used as evidence against the computer owner. Does the shredding function actually do what it says:' that is, takes all of the deleted stuff and takes it a step further by shredding the things I thought were deleted. I know some of the things I want shredded are like abc/folder1/user/bin18843/etc.. My point being they are a mile long and I want to know if I have to somehow find these exact paths and folders in order to shred them. I am sure this would be valuable to everyone here but if you are willing to help explain this to me either PM me for my e-mail address so you can explain it to me or direct me towards a link that would do the same. Thanks PJ |
