Daeshay, You are not missing anything, Barett just wanted to have this thread so that everyone that has chronic pain could post here and discuss anything they felt. She just didn't want the junkies and people like that to be on here to disrupt the idea. But there are some that don't see it that way, and more or less wanted to turn it into an "Older than 50" group ONLY. But that isn't what she meant, she meant things about pain and getting the care we need and things like that. She is just tired, as am I, of seeing things like, IV drug use discussed, and talk about using drugs just to get high. A person getting all pissy and throwing a fit and saying they quit obviously doesn't understand why it was started. People of all ages that have legitimate pain, or know of ones that do and that can help us should be here. JUST NOT the JUNKIES.............
