I am over 55 and thank you for starting this thread. I totally relate to not wanting to sleep at night, mouth dried up, etc. My generation was perhaps a little naive. I remember when 30 was ancient. My girlfriends and I had a pact to commit harikari if we made it to 30 because we wanted to live hard and die young. Little did we know that we would not marry or have kids, that our parents and close family would die before we were 40 and that we would develop chronic, debilitating illness in our 40's. Heck we thought the ERA would be passed by now and everyone would have free health coverage!!! Very few people even know what the ERA was or is. I am not going to get into politics, but a very important election is coming up .....
