Sounds like you are on the right track, especially since your boyfriend is assisting you. These adware and spyware programs are getting ridicules. My Son is a computer technician and keeps my PC updated against such intrusions, not to mention pop ups and virus infection. We are currently running Norton anti virus protection, Spybot and Ad-Aware. Make sure you have a firewall either at your computer or IP server. We still run these utilities on a regular bases to catch intrusions, But the hackers always trying to stay one step ahead. What a waste of time and a royal pain in the a$$. Hope this helps.
