Sounds like a browser hijacker. They r becoming very widespread, lately. There's a program called " Hijack This", u can run , and it will show all running processes.
There's a good forum where u can post this log , and the members will tell u what entries need to be deleted.
The anti-virus and anti adware prgrams are not successful in catching alot of these hijacks.
