This may repair your browser.
Click START,SETTINGS,CONTROL PANEL.
Open Control Panel and click on ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS
Click INTERNET EXPLORER then REMOVE(it wont remove IE)
You will see options-click on REPAIR
Reboot after it repairs IE.
