I do use Zone Alarm firewall ( paid version) but not it's spyware program !

Don't blame DB for the emails u receive.
I have been on this board and the VIP side for over a year now, and have never received spam email or snail mail.

Lavasoft is a good program for spyware removal.
I prefer Spybot, simply because I used Lavasoft AdAware for awhile, then tried Spybot, which found things Lavasoft never did.
