This may be a little nitpicking but I'll say it anyway. I think people are fogretting that this is the feedback area as a way to post your experiences and people can refer to this section to see if they want to use the particular service. I have been guilty of it in the past too. But when you check this section and notice that there are new posts to the section you are needing feedback info it seems like half the time it's someone either asking a question or it's someone asking a questiong like "what do I do if my meds were wrong?" There are more than enough forum subheadings that pertain to those type inquiries. The thing that stinks kind of is when you are all excited that someone might have some actual feedback pertaining to an OP that you may be interested only to see that it is some people holding a conversation as to what is the best way to send records in. Just trying to keep the boards as neat and tidy as possible. Many thanks
