There are freeware programs that remove these types of spyware on your system. spybot,adaware, & popup blockers that clean out the tracking cookies every time you log off the internet. "Spybot" seems to work the best as well as "SmartPopupBlocker101" you should also have a firewall as well. You can try "zonealarm" from zone labs. All of these products are free or either offer free versions of their products. They seem to work pretty well. I realize that doesn't stop people from putting this spyware on their web pages, but it will protect you from them when they do.
